In the other half of these coffins are the most beautiful people she has ever seen and they are asleep just like she was. More coffins, and in about half of these coffins are the mummified bodies of dead children. She fights tooth and nail to get out of the coffin and when she does, the world she finds herself in will floor you. Her arms and legs are pinned down, and there is something biting at her neck. Kind of weird, right? Holy crap this book! The Plot If you love the Hunger Games or The Maze Runner, if you love dystopias, if you love mysteries, thrillers, survival books, or Lord of the Flies this story is for you. ![]() It’s just so close yet so far away from anything that is going on in trending teen lit, and I will be so angry with the general populace of readers if they do not pick up this book and devour it as fast as I did.Īlive by Scott Sigler. I picked it up and started reading and would get so into it that I would have find myself accidentally reading the next page, because I couldn’t wait to find out what happened on the page I was on. ![]()
